Fee Refund Policy
UGC Fee Refund Policy, Session 2023-24 (D.O. No. F.2-71/2022 (CPP-II), dated 3 July 2023)
The University Grants Commission has directed all higher education institutions to follow this refund schedule when a student withdraws admission:

| 15 days or more before the last notified date of admission | 100% |
| Less than 15 days before the last notified date of admission | 90% |
| 15 days or less after the last notified date of admission | 80% |
| More than 15 but up to 30 days after the last notified date | 50% |
| More than 30 days after the last notified date | 0% |
For session 2023-24, a full refund applied to cancellations up to 30 September 2023, and up to 31 October 2023 with a processing fee deduction of at most Rs. 1,000.
